The website
This site describes AdvanceWidget software services and products. Content is provided for information. We may update pages without notice. We do not warrant that the site is error-free or uninterrupted.
Services
Custom software, freelance and consulting work is agreed separately by email or contract. A message sent through the site or to support@advancewidget.com is an enquiry, not an automatic engagement until we confirm scope and terms.
AW Store Locator
The Shopify app is licensed through the Shopify App Store. Pricing, trials and feature availability are as shown on the official listing and may change. You are responsible for the accuracy of location data you import and for complying with map-provider and privacy rules in your storefront.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or apps, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, harmful or confidential third-party data you are not allowed to share.
Intellectual property
AdvanceWidget names, site content and our original software remain our property unless a project agreement says otherwise. Shopify, Google and other third-party names belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AdvanceWidget is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. App and project liability, if any, is limited as set out in the relevant Shopify listing or written agreement.
